Analysis and Decision of Growth Factor

Abstract
The author measured the respective weights of sis organsbrain, eye ball, heart, liver, lung, and kidneyof the 76, 18-days chick embryos that incubated from the eggs of ~ti-hite Leghorn species. And the author applied Holdiner-l~a:man¢¥s Factor Analysis to the characteristic values which are the normal values of relative weight of organs to body.
From the growth factor F1, F~ and F, which were seperated from above result, the anther calculated and analyzed 2 factor loads, common factor (general factor 8: group factor), uniqueness, communality, ;~-weight and factor score toobtain the results summerized as follows;
1. F1, F: and F3 were introduced to be the growth factors of a chick embryo.
2. By means of factor load and ,3-weight, three grcu?sgaine=; e ball group, liver-kidney group and heart-lung groupwhich have different growth tendency, are divided.
3. Factor load and ;;-weight are in significant (P <0.05) positive correlation in all of three factors.
4. Communality is large in brain, . eye ball, and liver; uniqueness is large in heart and lung.
